Pick Up Service
A pick up and drop-off transport service is provided for a minimum of 2 guests staying in Ubud area. For a single guest only there will be an additional surcharge of IDR 200,000/car for the transport service.
Beginner Riders and Children
Children (under 12 years old) and beginner riders will be guided carefully. Dealing with horses is fun but there are risks as well. Please follow your guide’s instructions to maximize enjoyment and safety for you and your children’s rides. Beginner riders and children can be led by our guide
Advanced Riders
For safety reason, all riders taking this level should be able to handle a horse, and able to do trot and canter properly. No hesitation. Not for beginner or children under 12 years old
What to Bring and Wear
We recommend that you wear a long pants and sneakers. Helmet and riding chaps are provided at stables. Sun screen and changing clothes are optional.
Maximum Weight
Each horse can carry a maximum weight of 80 kg.
Reservation
Due to the limited number of horses available, reservations are required. Horses are assigned according to the rider’s weight and level of experience.
Cancelation
Please note that, although we do not charge a deposit fee for booking, we book horses and guides according to our reservations. In case of a cancellation, kindly notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your booking time.
Payment
We accept credit card Visa and Master with 3% additional charge of the total invoice, and cash in local currency (IDR).
Pre-Riding
Please arrive at Ubud Stables a minimum of 30 minutes before your confirmed reservation to prepare your riding equipment. Kindly notify us in advance if you will not arrive on time, and we will make an effort to reschedule your booking. Without advanced notice, your riding, time may be curtailed to accommodate subsequent bookings.
